Two great magazines I read:
1. Internet Retailer. Although I’m not involved in retailing per se, it’s all about matching the needs of users with what you have to offer.
2. eContent available in print (free) and on the Web (subscription).
eWeek and Business 2.0 are also good for keeping up on technology in general.

Add to this list Direct magazine (also online at http://www.directmag.com). This magazine is about direct marketing, but even if you don’t sell a product, it’ll teach you about getting your message connected with your audience.
Add to this list Business to Business (also online at http://btobonline.com). This focuses on the business-to-business market, but has a lot of SEO, marketing, and other information that helps Web product managers stay focused.
